Hi all! Thought of this last night... Was there ONE concert moment from this just finished tour that touched you deeply and you'll NEVER forget? For me, it was Cleveland: !st row, Barry started playing CIBM and his back was to us. I had this incredible of view of Barry's hand playing this! This is my fav. song and seeing it played live from that vantage point was just the most incredible moment! Brenda

Hi Brenda, Good question!!
I would have to say the moment that I won't forget, is at the Dallas concert when Barry left after the encore. When Barry got to the end of the aisle and turned and waved to everyone. It left me wondering, is this really the last time I will see him? I'm glad that it isn't. I'm going to the convention and I hope alot of you will be too.

Hi All,
My special moment was in Chicago. Barry singing SOMEWHERE DOWN THE ROAD. When he got to the last chorus and sang 'I know that heart of your's will come to see....that you belong with me', he put his hand over his heart and looked so sad. It made me cry.
He did this in Milwaukee too, but the first time was so touching.

Great question, Brenda.
I would have to say for me it was Dallas. So many things fell into place for me at that concert. He faced our side a lot, he sang Somewhere Down The Road in front of our section, and he entered and exited the stage via the aisle by our section. And the many encores he gave us--a wonderful surprise.
I've said before that I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a part of his "last concert"--I didn't want to leave there depressed. But, I must say that I left there with a feeling of contentment and peace. Barry looked and sounded awesome, and gave us a wonderful show. He even looked very contented at the end.
I'm so glad that I was able to make the trip there, and be a part of it.

I had special moments at all the concerts I was fortunate to attend. But if I have to pick one, it would be Anaheim when Barry ended the concert with a second encore by singing Old Friends/Forever and a Day. His face was so full of emotion that you could tell he meant every single word he was singing. I could hardly see because of the tears in my eyes.
I have to mention my other special moment of that concert. I was in my glory when Barry introduced Dave Koz and then called George up, too. To see and hear my 3 favorite musicians playing together and looking like they were having a blast was priceless. I'll never forget it.
After the concert, Marilyn and I were lucky enough to get to talk with George for a few minutes. He was so very gracious that he even signed autographs for us.
